What you need
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Technical Product Leadership, Customer Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles within enterprise SaaS organisations
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements, lead discovery, shape technical strategy, design solutions, and drive adoption
- Strong solution architecture experience, including APIs, integrations, workflow design, data models, enterprise platforms, governance controls, security, and scalable implementation patterns
- Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product direction and solve complex customer challenges
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Experience designing reusable frameworks, reference architectures, implementation patterns, best practices, and solution standards
