- 8+ years in top-tier consulting, forward deployed engineering, solution consulting, or enterprise transformation, weighted toward manufacturing and industrial environments

- Exceptional GenAI skills: Miro, Cursor, Claude Code and Cowork, ChatGPT, Google and Microsoft suites, MCP integrations, prompt and context engineering
- Ability to build a before/after value story with financial and ROI analysis that survives finance scrutiny
