What you need
- 6+ years in a highly technical engineering role such as DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical role
- Strong technical foundation across cloud infrastructure, networking, application architecture, identity, security, or platform technologies
- Hands-on experience automating technical workflows using scripting, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, or similar tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networking, configuration, and applications
- Experience working closely with internal or external technical users
- Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar infrastructure and automation technologies quickly
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or another infrastructure-as-code platform
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications
- Experience building self-service platforms, portals, CLI tools, or reusable templates for environment provisioning
- Familiarity with feature flagging, configuration management, and multi-tenant demo environments
