About this role
The Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Platform Engineering will oversee a centralized Power BI monitoring and reporting platform for the Data Governance, Informatics, and Analytics teams. What you need
- 10+ years of data architecture and engineering experience
- Proven track record building and leading high-performing engineering teams within an Agile development environment for 5+ years
- Experience building and scaling large backend data platforms and pipelines that support BI/reporting layers
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python, or similar) and data pipeline/ETL tools
- Experience with AWS data services and cloud-based data storage solutions
- Working proficiency in Power BI and DAX

- Experience working with healthcare data (e.g., claims, clinical/EHR, payer/provider data)
- Master’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (M.A./M.S.) preferred
- CRISC certification preferred
