What you need
- 3+ years of experience with Legal Technology products, services, and/or experience in a law firm or legal services environment
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 2+ years of people-management
- Proficient in cross-project release management and coordination, project portfolio management, project risk management and mitigation, and all aspects of managing the project life cycle from inception to completion
- Intermediate level of experience dealing with collaboration and project tracking tools: (JIRA, Confluence), and MS Project
- Competent in problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus and punctuality
