About this role
As a Quality Technician at Giga, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of materials and products moving in and out of the facility. Your day-to-day tasks will include inspecting incoming components, performing outgoing quality checks, managing inventory records, and communicating quality issues to relevant teams. What you need
- 2+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, or shipping & receiving in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working within an ERP or inventory management system
- Working knowledge of inspection tools including calipers, gauges, and torque verification equipment
- Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of freight processes, BOLs, and carrier coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience in energy, electrical, or industrial product manufacturing
- Forklift certification
- Familiarity with hazmat or international shipping requirements
- Experience with NCR processes and quality management systems
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced manufacturing environment
