About this role
As the onsite QA/QC Manager at Giga, you will oversee the quality assurance and quality control program for data center construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and code requirements. What you need
- 5+ years of experience in a QA/QC role on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
- Direct experience developing and executing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Experience managing the non-conformance report (NCR) process
- Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes
- Experience coordinating third-party and special inspections
- Proficiency in maintaining and organizing quality documentation packages
Nice to have
- Prior QA/QC experience on data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical facility construction
- Familiarity with commissioning protocols and functional performance testing
- Experience with Procore or equivalent construction management platforms
- ICC, CWI, or other relevant trade-specific inspection certifications
- Background working across multiple simultaneous construction sites
