- Evidence-based judgment about when to build, buy, automate, hire, partner, simplify, or stop.

- Direct ownership of SOC 2 or a comparable audit and evidence environment.
- Experience in a fast-scaling industrial, energy, construction, hardware, infrastructure, or engineering-heavy company.
- Experience supporting computer-aided design (CAD), building information modeling (BIM), simulation, or other specialized employee computing requirements.
- Experience operating employee technology in both the United States and the Asia-Pacific region, particularly China or India.
- Experience transitioning founder-led or key-person-dependent IT into a durable service model.
