What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience designing and developing distribution transformer products for the North American market
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of transformer electrical, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing fundamentals
- Experience bringing transformer products from design through production
- Experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams
Nice to have
- Experience with dry-type transformers
- Experience with power transformers
- Experience in quality, manufacturing, supplier quality, or process engineering
- Grid infrastructure or substation equipment experience
- Experience working with international manufacturing partners
