About this role
As a BIM Modeler for Civil (Outdoor & Underground) at Giga, you will be responsible for modeling and coordinating all underground and outdoor elements of data center projects, including foundations, electrical duct banks, and grounding systems. What you need
- 5+ years modeling foundations, outdoor structures, and underground services for industrial, energy, substation, or mission-critical projects
- Expert-level Autodesk Revit skills including structural modeling and family creation
- Strong AutoCAD fluency
- Demonstrated experience modeling underground electrical raceway or duct banks
- Able to read and reconcile Civil 3D data into a Revit model
- Working knowledge of NEC Article 300.5, NESC / IEEE 605, IEEE 80, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and AISC 360

- Hands-on Civil 3D authoring ability
