What you need
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law
- 4-7 years of experience, including significant compliance, employment and/or litigation experience
- Strong judgment and ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice

- Orientation towards process and operations, and ability to spot and act on improvements to systems, standards, templates, policies and practices that help reduce risk, remove friction, and propel the business
