About this role

The Technical Support Engineer, also known as the Premier Resident Engineer, will provide full-time technical design, deployment, and support for Extreme Networks products in Japan. This role involves troubleshooting networking issues, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring high-quality implementations that meet customer requirements. The engineer will also provide product training and create reports on bugs and vulnerabilities while acting as a trusted advisor to the customer.
