What you need

  • Proven capability in labor cost management, Cost Per Hour (CPH) optimization, shift rostering, and modeling temporary labor incentive/wage structures
  • Experience managing temporary staffing agency relationships, vendor SLAs, and collaborating with cross-functional operational teams and HR/Talent Acquisition
  • Strong numerical acuity to model variance in demand forecasts, show-up rates, and attrition in high-tempo operational environments
  • Basic English proficiency, especially speaking

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in co-located fulfillment center environments within express delivery, parcel logistics, or e-commerce
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for predictive forecasting, labor show-up probability modeling, or advanced data structures
  • Track record of designing and executing temp worker engagement strategies, core/flex labor ratio frameworks, or shift stability programs from scratch
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed global technology or e-commerce enterprise; conversational proficiency in Korean is a plus
