What you need
- 2+ years of experience in GSOC/PSOC environments, dispatch center, emergency operations center, data center security operations, or related role
- Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, incident management, and emergency communications systems
- Experience with incident management and collaboration platforms such as Ontic, Jira, Slack, or Google Workspace
- Ability to assess risk, prioritize events, make timely decisions, and coordinate response under pressure
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally under pressure while protecting sensitive information
Nice to have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or equivalent
- DHS Incident Command System (ICS) training (ICS-100, ICS-200)
- Genetec certification, ASIS PSP, CPP, or related security certifications
- Experience within data center environments or corporate security
- Familiarity with on-call alerting, mass notification, radio dispatch, credentialing, or related security platforms
