What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role
- Strong understanding of server and data center architecture
- Demonstrated experience managing Engineering Change Orders and change control processes in a regulated or structured engineering environment
- Strong understanding of part lifecycle management, document control, and revision management principles
- Experience mentoring or developing other analysts, and building training materials or SOPs from scratch

- 12+ years of hands-on experience in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role
- Deep familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and PLM-to-ERP integration workflows
- Experience owning NPI program gate design and phase-gate governance

- History of building or leading a team of PLM analysts.
