About this role

As a GSOC Operator at CoreWeave, you will be part of a 24/7 team responsible for monitoring physical security systems and responding to security incidents. What you need

  • 2+ years of experience in GSOC/PSOC environments, dispatch center, emergency operations center, data center security operations, or related role

  • Experience with incident management and collaboration platforms such as Ontic, Jira, Slack, or Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk, prioritize events, make timely decisions, and coordinate response under pressure
  • Ability to maintain sustained vigilance and manage multiple systems and communications channels
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally under pressure while protecting sensitive information

Nice to have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or equivalent industry experience
  • DHS Incident Command System (ICS) training (ICS-100, ICS-200)
  • Genetec certification, ASIS PSP, CPP, or related security certifications and training
  • Experience within data center environments, corporate security, or emergency operations
  • Familiarity with on-call alerting, mass notification, radio dispatch, credentialing, or related security platforms
