What you need
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–2 years of full-time experience (or relevant internship experience) in a hands-on technical/analytical role: GTM/RevOps analytics, growth or BizOps at a startup, analytics engineering, applied data science, or similar
- Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — including writing prompts, chaining outputs, and automating analytical workflows. Concrete examples expected
- Demonstrated experience building in low-code or no-code platforms — Hex, Retool, n8n, Zapier, Make, AppSheet, or similar. Bonus if applied to mapping, territory design, or sales/operations workflows
- SQL literacy — able to read, debug, and validate queries (including AI-generated ones), and write basic queries when needed. Hex + AI-assisted environments are the expected daily driver
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into models, dashboards, or tooling
Nice to have
- Experience with TAM modeling, capacity planning, account scoring, or forecasting
- Exposure to mapping or territory tools (eSpatial, MapAnything, Maptive, or similar)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Python or R experience (not required — Hex + AI handle most of what would otherwise require it)
- Prior exposure to GTM strategy, sales ops, RevOps, consulting, or banking environments — a plus, not a requirement, and only meaningful when paired with the must-haves above
Worth weighing
- No specific benefits listed in the posting
- The role involves a significant amount of data analysis and AI tool usage, which may require a strong technical background
- The position is hybrid, requiring 4+ days in the office, which may not suit all candidates
