What you need
- 8+ years of engineering experience in power electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial energy systems
- At least 4 years in an NPI, product development, or product engineering role
- Direct, hands-on experience with at least two of: BESS, utility- or data-center-scale inverters, medium-voltage transformers or switchgear, UPS, STATCOM/power-quality equipment, or liquid cooling systems
- Working knowledge of relevant standards (UL, IEEE, IEC)
- Experience defining and executing structured qualification programs (EVT/DVT/PVT, FAT/SAT)
- Familiarity with supplier factory environments
Nice to have
- Experience with solid-state transformers, grid-forming inverters, E-STATCOM, or other emerging power-conversion equipment
- NPI or product engineering experience at a hyperscaler, large utility-scale developer, or Tier-1 power equipment OEM
- Background in grid interconnection studies, protection coordination, or power-system modeling
- Liquid cooling product introduction experience
- Reliability engineering credentials (CRE, Six Sigma)
