New Business Development Representative - Automotive Training Institute
Driven Brands' Automotive Training Institute (ATI) is seeking a driven New Business Development Representative to support our Automotive Training Institute segment. This role is crucial for driving attendance to scheduled events by connecting with Automotive shop owners who need and can invest in our Re-engineering program.
What You’ll Drive
- Conduct outbound calls to independent auto repair shops across the U.S.
- Effectively communicate the value of our upcoming live events and webinars.
- Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and secure attendance commitments.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers and record sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems.
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing and the national coaching team to ensure alignment in messaging and goals.
- Follow up with no-shows and interested leads to support the national team’s post-event outreach.
