CyberCoders is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the development of an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. About the Role
As a Remote Senior/Staff Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing core functionalities using Ruby on Rails, prototyping and launching AI features, building integrations, and making architectural decisions for our next-generation technology stack. You will work across the full stack, contributing to both React and TypeScript components, and collaborate closely with technical product teams to deliver user-centric features.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior Rails developers on core functional implementations.
- Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using LLMs and APIs.
- Build and deploy integrations to enhance platform functionality.
- Make architectural decisions for the next generation of our tech stack.
- Build and maintain components in React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with technical product teams on user experience-led features.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with React.
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3).
- Experience developing full-stack applications with Agentic AI.
- Interest in AI Tools (Cursor, Claude, Replit are a plus).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Linux, Postgres.
- Experience with AI, Agents, Gen AI, and/or Claude.
