How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead clinical growth by collaborating with healthcare leaders to identify educational gaps and design competency-based programs that keep our nursing teams at the forefront of modern medicine.
- Create high-impact learning journeys by developing and implementing evidence-based curricula that translate complex clinical standards into actionable, bedside expertise.
- Consult on performance excellence by analyzing nursing outcomes and designing strategic interventions that ensure our clinical teams are practicing at the highest level of their license.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
Work Experience
- Required professional licensure at time of hire.
