As a Client Service Specialist, you will handle administrative duties for front desk support and provide practice management support to advisors or leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception support, including answering phones, greeting clients, and addressing service requests.
- Perform general administrative duties such as logging correspondence and check deposits, maintaining client files, managing office supplies, processing expense reports, initiating maintenance requests, scheduling wholesalers, and supporting branch events.
- Deliver the Ameriprise Client Experience, introduce clients to the digital platform, schedule appointments, and manage client data in various applications.
- Assist advisors with meeting preparation and follow-up, and support marketing initiatives like events and social media.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain quality, and balance multiple priorities.
- Understanding of a financial advisor's practice.

Base Pay and Benefits
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $25.14 - $34.51. Our compensation philosophy is based on performance. Your initial total compensation will depend on your knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Most roles are eligible for variable pay (bonus, commissions, incentives). We also offer a comprehensive benefits program including vacation, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental, and life insurance.
