The Director of Financial Operations & Accounting will lead the Accounting and Reporting teams, managing external financial reporting, treasury, audit, and compliance functions. What you need
- Formal Accountancy Qualification (e.g. KHT in Finland, ACA or ACCA in Ireland)
- Over 10 years of applicable finance experience
- Extensive experience in accounting and financial controlling
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing Finance teams
- Solid understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., Local GAAP, FAS, IFRS)
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite)
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS exposure strongly preferred
- Experience building agentic workflows or process automation using foundational AI models
- Experience with close management tools such as FloQast or Stacks
- Corporate finance exposure (M&A, fundraising etc)
