What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of aerospace supply chain requirements, regulations, and quality standards
- Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
