What you need
- Current FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings
- 5+ years leading aviation maintenance teams in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Strong hands-on aircraft inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and return-to-service experience
- Working knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 43, 65, and 91
- Ability to apply maintenance manuals, ICA, ADs, service bulletins, engineering orders, drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Experience supervising concurrent scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across multiple aircraft
Nice to have
- FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
- Flight-test, experimental, special-mission, large, or transport-category aircraft experience preferred
- Proficiency with Jira preferred
- Related degree preferred
