- Experience managing subcontractors and cross-contractor dependencies
- Fluency with engineering change control (ECR and ECN) and configuration management on a hardware program
- Hardware program experience, understanding long-lead components and procurement lead times
- U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
Nice to have

- Familiarity with APFIT, OTA, or other rapid-fielding acquisition vehicles
- Electronics manufacturing background: SMT assembly, test, and first-article processes
- PMP certification
Worth weighing
- Part-time position may limit engagement and responsibilities compared to full-time roles
- Confidential search may indicate a lack of transparency about the company's culture or structure until NDA is signed
- Role involves significant travel to Las Vegas and Northern Virginia, which may impact work-life balance
