What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–6+ years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering, ideally in aerospace, defense, electronics, or similar precision industries
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
- Familiarity with quality tools such as control plans, inspection plans, FMEA, and SPC
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify patterns in manufacturing issues
- Experience working closely with production teams in a hands-on factory environment

- Experience with wire harness, electronics assembly, or electromechanical manufacturing
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO quality systems
- Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI)
- Experience developing inspection fixtures, test methods, or automated quality checks
