What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (10+ industry experience acceptable in lieu of degree)
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of wire harness/cable assembly manufacturing processes and documentation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and customers simultaneously

- Experience with ERP/MRP systems for program tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and aerospace electrical requirements
