Nice to have

  • Experience working within an AS9100 or NASA 8739.4 manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with RF cable testing, including insertion loss (S21), return loss, VSWR, and vector network analyzers.
  • Experience supporting customer witness testing and First Article Inspection activities.
  • Experience designing custom test fixtures using machining, CAD, or 3D printing.
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 CIS or CIT certification.

What you get

  • 20 vacation days per year and 12 company holidays for rest and relaxation
  • a 401(k) plan to set yourself up for retirement

Worth weighing

  • No specific technologies or tools mentioned beyond Cirris for automated testing, which may indicate a limited tech stack.
  • The role requires significant experience, which may limit opportunities for less experienced candidates.
  • The position involves a high level of responsibility and technical leadership, which may not suit everyone.
  • Occasional travel may be required, which could impact work-life balance.
