What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a similar hands-on role preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, and building maintenance
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Ability to assemble and install office furniture and facility equipment
