What you need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of automotive engineering or product quality experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles within an OEM or Tier 1 environment
- Deep technical understanding of vehicle development and manufacturing
- Strong vehicle assessment skills
- Demonstrated success leading complex automotive programs
Nice to have
- ASQ certification
- AIAG or VDA methodology experience
- Experience establishing or scaling quality systems in a new or rapidly evolving organization
