What you need
- 3+ years of professional experience in automotive production, particularly in assembly rework
- Strong hands-on experience with interior and exterior vehicle systems, including trim removal, reinstallation, and alignment
- Ability to read and follow technical service procedures, assembly instructions, and retrofit documentation
- Experience working in a workshop, prototype, pre-series, or manufacturing environment
