About this role

The Contract Manager at Partnerize will support the global Sales, Key Accounts, and Customer Success teams by managing the end-to-end contract management process for customer contracts in the EMEA and JAPAC regions. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, maintaining a structured digital contract repository, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The Contract Manager will also report on contract analyses and identify areas for improvement while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Substantial experience reviewing, analysing, redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other web-based CRM and contract management software
  • Demonstrated relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
