What you need
- BA/BSc in Business, Engineering or related subject
- 8+ years' experience in client-facing Professional Services role in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of successful delivery of enterprise IT projects as an individual contributor or team lead
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, and Product Management)
- Experience planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating implementation of SaaS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
