What you need
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline
- At least two years of experience in backend engineering, real-time systems, infrastructure, or trading systems
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Rust, or C++
- Strong computer science fundamentals including operating systems, network communication, multithreading, concurrent programming, and distributed systems

- Strong analytical skills, business understanding, ownership, and communication skills in written English

- Experience developing low-latency trading systems, real-time market data systems, or high-performance network services
- Experience evolving multilingual systems or separating performance-sensitive components
