About this role
As the VP of US Site Management & Operations at Iterative Health, you will oversee the performance and operational excellence of over 50 clinical research sites focused on gastrointestinal and hepatology studies. What you need
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, clinical research, healthcare services or related field in a multi-site organization
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, business, life sciences, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming a healthcare service line, business unit, or multi-site operation in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L, revenue growth, operational performance, and resource allocation
- Strong understanding of clinical research and/or healthcare operations, with GI experience a plus
- Exceptional people leadership skills, with experience building teams, developing leaders, and fostering accountability and high performance

- Experience participating in M&A, acquisitions, integrations, or organizational transformation strongly preferred
