About this role

As a Global Collections Specialist at impact.com, you will manage the end-to-end collection process for mid to high-value accounts, focusing on regional portfolios and newly acquired entities. Your responsibilities include conducting creditworthiness reviews, managing disputes, preparing aging reports, and supporting process improvements in Accounts Receivable.   • 5+ years of solid AR and collections experience, ideally with exposure to large or complex portfolios
