About this role
As a Global Collections Specialist at impact.com, you will manage the end-to-end collection process for mid to high-value accounts, focusing on regional portfolios and newly acquired entities. Your responsibilities include conducting creditworthiness reviews, managing disputes, preparing aging reports, and supporting process improvements in Accounts Receivable. What you need
- 5+ years of solid AR and collections experience, ideally with exposure to large or complex portfolios
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration or similar
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Netsuite or similar
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting and analysis)
- Experience in handling escalations, bankruptcies, and working with external collection agencies
