About this role
As an Intermediate Software Engineer on GitLab’s Vulnerability Management team, you will develop and maintain backend features for security workflows used by GitLab Ultimate customers. Your work will primarily involve Ruby on Rails, focusing on security dashboards, vulnerability reports, and ingestion pipelines, while collaborating with a fullstack team including product managers and frontend engineers. You will also participate in code reviews, improve system performance, and assist with on-call troubleshooting.
