What you need
- 10+ years of experience in commissioning
- 5+ years managing or leading a team of Cx professionals
- Experience commissioning mission-critical, data center, or large-scale industrial facilities at a program or portfolio level
- Track record building or significantly scaling a commissioning function
- Deep working knowledge of MEP and electrical systems
- Experience managing commissioning budgets and vendor/subcontractor relationships
Nice to have
- Direct experience building the commissioning function at a hyperscale or colocation data center company
- Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), BCxA accreditation, or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or commissioning-specific platforms
