What you need
- Associate Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Trade School
- 5 to 7 years experience in IT Operations and/or DevSecOps
- Solid understanding of SOC 2 compliance
- 3+ years of experience configuring and administering medium/large-scale Entra environments, including RBAC measures
- Experience in administering Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Slack, and other SaaS tools for a company of 1000+ employees
- Experience with Cisco Meraki configurations related to routers, switches, VPNs, VPCs, LANs and WANs, encryption and access control

- Technical certifications (CompTIA Network+ / Security + / Cloud+, Cisco Certified Network Administrator, Okta Certified Professional/Administrator)
- Experience in ISO 27001 or NIST 800
- Hands-on experience with Iru, Intune and/or other MDM solutions
