What you need
- High School Diploma
- 5+ Years of Work Experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or equivalent
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with production
- Extensive experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Significant experience in a supervisory role within a busy manufacturing setting
- Proven track record of maintaining quality, safety and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment
