What you need
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relational databases; working knowledge of SQL
- 5 years of experience in application implementation, internal platform support, SaaS operations, or equivalent technical roles
- Experience supporting internally managed or hosted production environments
- High school diploma or GED required
