About this role

What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product development and design-in
- Minimum of 3 years' experience designing complex SoC/silicon products with high-speed interfaces (preferably PCIe)
- Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong working knowledge of PCIe LTSSM at a physical layer level
- Silicon/System bring-up and debug experience in customer systems
Nice to have
- Experience triaging complex customer-reported issues
- Experience with data center BMC implementation and BIOS configuration
- Development/support for PCIe or Ethernet Switch or Retimer products
- Knowledge of PCIe compliance testing methodology and troubleshooting
- Understanding of Data Center systems like Servers, JBOGs/JBODs, Networking switches/routers/interconnects
