What you need
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years experience in academic and biotech industry
- Demonstrated track record of closing transactions
- Experience working with internal/external multidisciplinary teams including R&D, Commercial, Legal, IP, Finance and Operations
- Excellent written communication skills, including technical computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and leverage cross-functional resources
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as on a team
Nice to have
- 3+ years of Clinical Lab, Client Services, Business Development or Alliance Management experience
- PhD degree in immunology, cancer biology, or relevant scientific discipline
- Experience in cellular immunology/biology, PCR or NGS-based assays
- Experience with clinical trials operations/design
