We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a small team focused on an exciting new casual game. In this role, you will own projects, drive results, and directly impact the business performance of innovative game experiences. You will collaborate with a cross-functional group to define product specifications and guide feature development. Your responsibilities will include designing experiments, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities and problems, and gaining buy-in for solutions.What You'll Do
- Lead a cross-functional development team from concept to launch for features and initiatives.
- Report on feature performance and share learnings both within the studio and externally.
- Apply a hypothesis-based analytical approach and conduct experimentation.
- Develop expertise in core and domain-specific metrics.
- Maintain focus on business goals and objectives while leading feature teams.
- Advocate for your team, customers, and the business.
- Deliver detailed reporting on experiments and game performance, translating observations into actionable plans.
- Work in a highly iterative and collaborative live game environment.
- Continuously improve the business by playing the game, prioritizing feedback, and proactively proposing solutions.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience in live free-to-play video games, with a preference for casual and dice games.
- Ability to analyze competing feature sets and understand the market landscape.
- Skill in proposing efficient, goal-focused features.
- Effective communication skills for small or large groups, including senior management.
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining product specifications.
- Ability to filter and prioritize extensive qualitative and quantitative feedback into digestible insights and product requirements.
- Enjoys sharing insights to help other PMs and team members grow.
- A passion for games and creating fun, compelling user experiences.
- Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
Benefits and Compensation
Zynga offers a world-class benefits package. The pay range for this position in California is expected to be between $108,900 and $161,160 per Year. Base pay may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Total compensation may include bonuses, equity, and eligibility for our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
