Your Mission

In an intense phase of digitalization, you will become the right-hand person to the Head of IT & Digital.

As a technical orchestrator, project methodology guarantor, and business facilitator, you will be the pivot between business units, local tech teams, and the International Group.

Your Responsibilities

• Project Management & Delivery: Translate the Head of IT's vision into concrete actions. Lead digital projects from A to Z: requirements gathering, production deployment, ensuring time-to-market. Facilitate Agile rituals (Daily Scrums, sprints, reviews) with internal or external development teams. Manage priorities and streamline the Head of IT's daily operations.
• Architecture & Innovation: Imagine and design innovative solutions for our business units, while integrating and modernizing legacy systems. Ensure the technical consistency of solutions. Conduct continuous tech watch to seize digitalization opportunities.
• International Alignment & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Group and Regional teams. Navigate a matrix organization to unblock issues (Security, Architecture, Compliance). Promote technological challenges to business units (Underwriting, Claims, Sales, etc.) to strengthen buy-in and engagement around projects.

Your Profile

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience, with recognized technical expertise and evolution towards project management or technical leadership.
• Tech: Modern architectures (Cloud, API, Microservices), good understanding of legacy systems.
• Methodology: Expert in Agile / Scrum.
• Languages: Fluent English is essential (daily exchanges with the Group).
• Soft Skills: Natural leadership and ability to unite teams. Comfortable in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset. Strong autonomy: anticipate problems before they reach the Head of IT.
