The Opportunity

As a Senior Data Analyst at Zurich Insurance, you will drive improvement and deliver impactful MI and insights to help better understand customers and business performance. Your work will challenge conventional methods and shape data-driven decision making within our global organization.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Forecasting trends to support business planning.
• Using machine learning models and statistical analysis to extract insights.
• Developing data pipelines for automated reporting.
• Collecting, analysing data and creating visual reports.
• Collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities.
• Implementing data quality improvements.
• Providing technical leadership to team members.

Who Are We Looking For?

The ideal candidate will have experience in data roles along with strong programming skills in SQL and Python. You should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, self-motivated and capable of confidently challenging conventional methods. Experience in the insurance domain and familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
