Zurich Cover-More is seeking a visionary technology leader to modernize platforms, elevate data and AI capabilities, and redefine how technology drives business impact. This high-influence role will shape the global technology evolution, build scalable platforms, and foster a forward-thinking culture aligned with Zurich Group’s vision.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development and execution of a global technology modernization roadmap, shaping core platforms, customer-facing solutions, and data/AI capabilities.
• Oversee the ongoing evolution, management, and optimization of technology platforms, identifying innovation opportunities with regional teams and business units.
• Accelerate AI adoption across functions to unlock efficiency, enhance decision-making, and enable transformative customer and partner experiences.
• Advance the organization’s product management discipline with consistent frameworks and practices to maximize value delivery and collaboration.
• Champion best-in-class AI-enabled DevOps and SDLC practices, embedding modern methodologies for agility, reliability, and scalability.
• Continuously assess industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure market-leading experiences and optimize operational performance.
• Drive a forward-thinking technology culture, promoting modern tools and practices that elevate business outcomes.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements, security protocols, and data governance standards.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry.
• Proven record of delivering transformative platform initiatives, including legacy system modernization and new enterprise platform implementation/integration.
• Experience driving organizational change in technology delivery, elevating execution excellence, and maturing product management.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage executive leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with external platform vendors and systems integrators.
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology- or data-related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering).

Zurich Cover-More offers a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $385,000, with eligibility for short-term and long-term incentive bonuses at 35% each. Compensation is influenced by location, role, skills, and experience. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond this range to apply.
