Role
We are looking for a Staff Web Analytics & Optimization Analyst to join our Marketing team. This is a remote role, reporting to the Director, Web Development - Web/Platforms. You will drive our web analytics strategy and always-on CRO program, translating digital behavior into recommendations that improve customer journeys and elevate the user experience across our web properties. You will partner cross-functionally to ensure measurement and experimentation are scalable, reliable, and aligned to business outcomes, including SEO/AEO performance and pipeline impact.
What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

- Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytics foundations including automated dashboards and platform integrations
- Deliver performance insights using SQL and BI tools to connect web behavior to downstream lead quality and pipeline outcomes
- Lead the CRO and experimentation program end-to-end from hypothesis development and test design to implementation and results readouts
- Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with Web Engineering and UX/Design to maintain an optimization backlog and roadmap
Who You Are (Success Profile)
- You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action and you navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- You are a problem-solver. You seek out challenges because you are energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
- You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself, and embrace our challenge culture through candid, respectful feedback.
- You are data-driven. You use data and analytics to find the truth, measure what matters, and value evidence over assumptions to drive better outcomes.
- You think at scale. You build solutions and processes that are built to last and support a high-growth, global organization.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years in digital marketing, with at least 4 years focused squarely on tag management, reporting, and CRO
- Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms such as Webflow, Intellimize, Optimizely, or VWO
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience measuring performance across paid media platforms including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Proven ability to create wireframes and lead technical teams through the implementation of CRO tests
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
