Role
The Staff Security Researcher will join the Engineering team in a remote role reporting to the Senior Director of Information Security. You will help build, scale, and secure the world’s largest cloud security platform for over 15 million users in 185 countries.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end response for high-severity product security incidents
- Serve as technical incident leader for bug bounty reports and disclosures
- Conduct post-incident reviews with root cause analysis
- Oversee intake and lifecycle management of vulnerabilities

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience in incident response or product security
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Proficiency in security principles, secure coding practices, HTTP and TCP/IP protocols
- Experience with incident management, vulnerability disclosure, and scripting tools like Python or PowerShell
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP)
- Experience with emergency response and stabilizing critical operations
- Professional experience with SDLC and code reviews
